House Warming Party! Open to everyone!
Lucy surveyed the house, assuring herself that everything was ready for the party. The back french doors were open to the beach outside. There was a keg on the porch along with cups. The tiki bar she'd bought was set up on the porch also. She had on the new Betsey Johnson dress she'd bought just for the occasion but her feet were bare. She didn't see the point in putting on heels if she was going to be out in the sand.
She turned her ipod on, tuning it to the party playlist she'd made and wandered behind the bar to make herself a drink in a pink disposable martini glass.
"Jill! Everyone will be here soon!" she yelled at her room mate and best friend.

Corwin wore simple fashionables shirt and shorts. Something tan and white and definitely no shoes. In his hand, he had a bag of chocolate.
Really goooood chocolate. (http://www.chocolate.com/products/chocolate-spa-indulgence-gift-basket/)

"O.M.G. I think I love you," she exclaimed and threw her arms around the man she didn't know.
"Who are you? I'm Lucy and you are my favorite person right now."

"I'm Corwin. Just wandering through the city when I heard of a housewarming and who could say no to chocolate, yeah?"
(Tea mun here. I'd bring him, but Tea would seriously screw up this party with his Whiskey drinks and he can't get his head out of Nyc at the moment.)

(So glad you brought Corwin then!)

"Ahh, it's good stuff too. Heya Jill, I'm Corwin and Lucy and I were just going to fix something at the Tiki bar."
no subject
"What's your poison?" Lucy asked. "Jill, want an appletini or something else?" she asked as she started out to the tiki bar to fix drinks.

"So, Golden Boy, let's go in before I try to run away, okay?" She shot him a brilliant smile, a fake one that looked real, and grabbed his hand and started walking towards the music.

When they got to the patio, she spied the tiki thingy and giggled. "Lucy?"

It was nice to be back in Berkeley, the place had started to feel like a second home when he'd came for vacation. The girls had been generous hosts, it was hard not to feel invited by them.
He was dressed simply. Dark jeans, red t-shirt and heavy black boots. He wasn't so much here to party or mingle or impress ... it was just a convent excuse to visit the woman he was madly in love with. He rang the doorbell and waited for someone invite him in.

"O.M.G!!! Harry!!" She greeted him with a hug that might tackle him to the ground except that she was fairly certain he'd be used to this by now. Besides, by now she was fairly toasted. Her drink spilled on Harry and the porch, instinctively somehow avoiding her dress all together. "Jill is going to be so awesome sauce excited!!!"

A smile started slow on her lips and grew as she ran at the door, leaping at Harry. And yes, her own drink dripped just a little on him and the porch. It couldn't be avoided. Her arms up around his neck and her legs about his waist. "You're here. Are you really here? Oh god..."

"I'm really here. I missed you so much."
