I think I might be concussed?

This morning I fell in the shower and hit my head. I think I could be concussed but I'm not sure how you tell. I got to work, spilled coffee all over my shirt and then made like six orders wrong. One guy yelled at me and then threw his coffee at me when I yelled back.FML
