[The video comes up on Lucy sitting on top of a hospital bed. She's got a cast on her wrist and a bruise on her cheek. She's also wearing scrub bottoms with her own top and a pair of high heels.]

Today is made of suck. It's not just a bad day. It's a day made entirely of suck. And not the good kind of suck. The I fell, broke my wrist, dropped my coffee and ruined my new jeans.



This was after I ran out of body gel in the shower, got shampoo in my eyes, flailed around until i slipped and smacked my face on the edge of the tub. Yes it's a real 'I hit my face on something' accident. Not a 'I'm a battered woman' excuse.

Yeah, I get that it's Friday the 13th but HELLO could I not have gotten a Jared Padalecki with that instead of a cast? I am so the blond in the horror movie that slips, falls and gets saved by Jared Padaleki.

Okay, so it's possible that didn't happen in the movie. I was sort of paying more attention to his shoulders than to the actual plot of the movie but let's be honest here it's a horror movie. A remake of a horror movie. The plots are all the same.

The doctors released me. I'm not moving because clearly moving is a bad idea for me today. I could be carried though. Harry? Wanna come carry me out of here?

Also? Painkillers. I have them. Go me.

Like...he had this scary fairytale guy in his head because of a curse and he maintained control because he wouldn't let the scary guy hurt me.

And then when the zombie sheep were running a-muck [yes she is muttering amuck amuck amuck in a sing song voice like THAT movie before she moves on] he stayed out of the apartment because he didn't want to eat me and told me that if he DID lose control and come back to the apartment I was to hit him in the head with the cricket bat that he keeps in the cabinet.

You don't have to worry, Hardison. At least not anymore than you worry about anyone else. Harry won't let himself hurt me. I think...I think he loves me and he knows what I'll put up with and what I won't.
