[Lucy's voice sounds tiny, scratchy and hoarse, like she's been screaming for a long time]

Who brought me here?

[She's in the hospital, having just woken up City!Dead and unfortunately she remembers everything. It's taking her a little while to process it. She looks a wreck, pale and disheveled, as one might expect considering.

[She wraps her hand tight around two of his fingers like she's a little kid. It makes her feel better about things and even if she is kind of accusing, she's sending another message entirely with her body language]

I know. I hate this place.

[And then a pause as she bows her head] At least I won't have to go back to Daddy's funeral. I wanted that. Careful what you wish for I guess.
